Product Description
The OLIV Series offers a modern update of the traditional European aesthetic featuring a robust handle crafted from solid olivewood.
  • The 9-inch Honing Steel features a half-grooved and half-smooth finish. The grooved, coarse side of the steel is used for regular maintenance, to realign the microscopic teeth on the blade’s edge. The smooth, fine side of the steel is used to finish the edge with a few swipes of the blade after honing on the grooved side. For average use, the grooved side can be used weekly, and the smooth side, daily. Regularly honed knives will retain their edges longer before needing to be sharpened.
  • Features a robust handle, crafted from solid olive wood with a stunning wood grain, making every piece unique.
  • Crafted from high-carbon steel, which features excellent stain resistance and durability.

        One of a kind serrated knife

        This knife is the best serrated knife you can buy. It is lightweight, incredibly strong and sharp, absolutely gorgeous and cuts thin-skinned, succulent fruit and veggies with zero damage to the skin or flesh and no juice loss. It just glides through anything like it’s warm butter. The handle has ergonomic grip design, additionally perfected by the meticulously polished smooth olive wood. I find myself looking for veggies to cut just so that I can use this kitchen masterpiece.

        A hit....and a miss!

        This is a beautiful knife and feels great in my hand. Unfortunately, there was a small rusted pit on the back side of it and it wasn't as sharp as I anticipated it to be. It was a bit of a struggle to cut an apple in half.
