Beautiful Knife Set, but handles defective twice
I love the look and feel of this set and the knives are very sharp. Twice now I've had issues with the handles developing hairline cracks on the paring knife and serrated knife. I take very good care of them and only handwash and dry. I understand there is a lifetime manufacturing warranty, but I'd prefer that the product handles held up better!

Half of a Steel
Quality is great as usual, but the steel is only usable on half of it. I missed this when ordering, so it is my fault, but it is awkward using it since it has only half of the steel thats usable.

The two sides of the honing rod are designed for different levels of maintenance. The ridged side provides more aggressive honing to realign a knife’s edge, while the smooth side offers a gentler touch for routine edge maintenance.
