Knives & Cutlery — Limited Lifetime Warranty

Cangshan knives and cutlery are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and/or craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser when used and maintained according to our care guidelines. Failure to follow applicable Cangshan product care instructions may void this warranty.

Wood Products — Limited 1 Year Warranty

Cangshan wood products, including cutting boards, knife blocks, storage blocks, wooden utensils, utensil storage products, and other qualifying wood products, are covered by a Limited 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and/or craftsmanship from the date of purchase.

Wood products must be used, cleaned, and maintained in accordance with Cangshan's product care instructions. Failure to do so may void this warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Email our Customer Experience Team at info@cangshancutlery.com with:

• Your full name and mailing address.
• Description of the issue.
• Item number, if available.
• Proof of purchase.
• Clear photos showing the issue, including a full image of the knife, the blade identifier, and a close-up of the problem area.

Most claims can be evaluated from the information and photos provided. We may request the product for further inspection.

What to Expect

If your product qualifies for warranty coverage, Cangshan will, at its discretion, replace it with the same product or a comparable product of equal value if the original is unavailable. Cangshan reserves the right to deny a claim if the product shows evidence of misuse or failure to follow applicable product care instructions.

Most claims are processed within one week.

Proper care helps maintain the performance and longevity of your Cangshan products. Please refer to our complete product care instructions for recommended cleaning, maintenance, storage, and use. Failure to follow applicable product care instructions may void the limited warranty.
