Description

Refined performance and craftsmanship come together in the AIRA Series. Each knife features a forged 135 layer coreless Damascus blade made from Swedish Damax™ steel. The full tang construction provides lasting strength and balance, while the angled recessed bolster creates a smooth transition to the handle, allowing easy access to the cutting edge. A sleek, tapered black pakkawood handle completes the design with a secure, ergonomic feel. Includes a magnetic black wood Saya-style sheath.

The 5-inch serrated utility knife is an everyday essential, designed to cleanly slice anything from bagels and crusty breads to cured meats or tough-skinned fruits and vegetables. The serrations pierce the exterior of the food and slice through with very little pressure needed, preventing your cut from crushing even the most delicate foods like fresh, ripe tomatoes.
